24 Hours Classroom Instruction
6 Hours Behind The Wheel Supervised Driving
GDL Parents Meeting (optional) ½ Hour Early/Late Day Before Final Exam

Setting Limits & General Driving Statistics
Administration of Segment 1 Knowledge Test provided by Secretary of State
Segment 1 Certificate (green) – Upon completion of course and passing Knowledge Test
Green Certificate is NOT a license to drive.

Secretary of State Expectation - Level 1
Gain Driving Experience with Parent/Guardian/Designated Adult (Over 21)
If driving w/designated adult, a signed letter of authorization from parent/guardian

Driving Log Maintained
Obtain 30 Hours of Supervised Driving Including 2 Hours of Night Driving
Wait 90 Days From Date On License Before Beginning Segment 2
